Role of OUAC
The OUAC is the application hub where all undergraduate admission forms are sent to gain entrance to the Ontario Universities. OUAC receives student applications, processes them, and sends that information to the universities. The universities then make the admission decision, NOT OUAC.
Sending marks to OUAC or OCAS
My Learning Oasis can send the student’s marks (upon request) directly to OUAC, OCAS, to his/her home, and to his/her day school.

Important Dates And Deadlines For Ontario Universities’ Applications (2020-2021)
While the timeline for the 2021-2022 session is not yet out, the ones provided below gives a sense of when to expect certain forms and deadlines. When the actual deadlines are out, they will be posted. However, it is the student’s responsibility to verify these deadlines with OUAC and the respective institutions. My Learning Oasis takes no responsibility for incorrect dates that may be supplied by this website.

Late August 2020
OUAC:

Sends eINFO postcards and launches eINFO: www.ontariouniversitiesinfo.ca.

Starts distributing 101 application materials to Ontario high schools and school boards.
November 7, 2020
OUAC deadline to receive all electronic student data files from Ontario high schools.
November 20, 2020
Ontario high schools deadline to report midterm grades for first-semester 4U/M courses to the OUAC.
November 27, 2020
The target date for the Ontario universities to receive all first-semester midterm grades for 4U/M courses from the OUAC.
January 15, 2021
Ontario high school students’ deadline to submit their completed application to the OUAC.
Note: The OUAC still processes late applications received and distributes them to the universities; however, specific university deadlines will apply.
The initial application includes all final grades from completed Grade 11 and 12 courses and a list of all current-year courses in progress.
January 21, 2021
Ontario universities target this date to receive all application data and grades from the OUAC for applications submitted by January 15, 2021.
February 4, 2021
Recommended last date for students to submit university and program changes and additional active choices to the OUAC to be considered for early admission.
February 13, 2021
OUAC deadline to receive all final first-semester grades and current full-year grades for 4U/M courses from Ontario high schools.
February 25, 2021
Ontario universities target date to receive all final first-semester grades and current full-year grades for 4U/M courses from the OUAC.
April 23, 2021
Ontario high schools deadline to report midterm grades for second-semester courses and interim grades for full-year courses to the OUAC. Grades the OUAC receives earlier than the deadline will be sent to Ontario universities when received.
May 4, 2021
Ontario universities target date to receive second-semester midterm grades and interim grades for full-year courses from the OUAC. Grades the OUAC receives earlier than the deadline will be sent to Ontario universities when received.
May 27, 2021
On the last day, a high school applicant can expect a response from an Ontario university. This may include an offer of admission; a refusal; or a deferral, once additional information is received.
June 1, 2021
The earliest date an Ontario high school student may be required to accept an offer of admission and give a financial commitment.
July 6, 2021
Deadline for the OUAC to receive final grades for current semester/year courses from Ontario high schools.
July 13, 2021
OUAC target date to send all remaining final grades to the universities.
August 1 – 31, 2021
The OUAC collects summer school grades from Ontario high schools and boards.

Application Deadlines
There is no deadline for submitting the 105 applications; deadlines depend on the university and may also be program-dependent. It is advised that the student contact the relevant university and program for this information.
